Shipping and Delivery
Orders will only be processed after payment cleared.
Delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days (Weekends and public holidays excluded). Deliveries are via door-to-door, counter to counter courier and therefore require a physical address / store or shop code . Parcels sent out for delivery are addressed exactly as per your order form – please provide the correct details to ensure successful delivery.
Sievaorganicshop takes no responsibility for returned packages due to the incorrectly delivery address. Should a package return, customer will have to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery. Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery. Parcels are sent for delivery from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time does not include processing time, Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct
